We can review your audit schedule and tutor or mentor your auditors to assist with improving their approach, and thus the value of their findings, across the organisation. Audits should offer value to the business.
We can assist those involved in developing and maintaining your compliance management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS/NZS 4801, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001.). Those involved can often benefit from a few (experience-based) tips and some guidance to assist with simplifying the system’s structure, or just to fine tune it to ensure that it aligns better with the business’s direction and is integrated better with it. If this is achieved then the system will truly be a part of how you operate rather than a burdensome extra, with less value in return.
Many organisations see this as an extra activity with limited value. If it is well structured and well timed with other activities it can offer real value. We can assist with restructuring it, with mentoring the meetings, or with a regular presence to assist in more general and less predicted ways.
Integration of activities and procedures
The new versions of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 require that the business processes are clearly identified and that relevant (quality, environmental or WH&S) activities are managed in concert with these routine business activities. This requires careful planning and structuring, which we can assist with.
Integration of the management system and performance report (including KRAs / KPIs) structures
The new versions of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 require monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation, which need to be done in a way that is integrated into the business activities. If structured well, true benefit, at a business level can be achieved.
